Return Process

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package your Cocopup gear in its original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the product is in brand-new condition.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then drop your package off at any authorized collection point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
